Guys this isnt the first time - poor nasdaq data

i have had to move to a completely different system to keep up with SQ-NQTV aka Block (SQ).

This isnt the first time. With the news at 8.30est the price on sierra froze. Why am i paying for a nasdaq data feed when it seems to often be poor and/or failing completely?

Please direct me to very clear explanations of the alternative equity data feeds you provide (I am on top package) and their pros and cons.

PLEASE LOOK AT THE TIMES AND SALES ON THE ATTACHED PICTURE. THIS ISNT EVEN SHOWING ME THE TRADES OCCURING THAT ARE VISIBLE ON ANOTHER SYSTEM/FEED.

Thank you.

We have never noticed ourselves, any performance issues with the NASDAQ data feed. It has always been a consistently low latency data feed with no delays.

You will not see all of the trades using NASDAQ TotalView. Only what is traded through NASDAQ.

We are sure there is not a problem. This is what we see:

This is the exact data reported by NASDAQ. Really does not possible for there to be a problem. We think the issue is you just are not seeing the complete trading activity for the symbol and we will have a new feed available later this year that will give you the full trading activity.

Guys the price was locked when it went up over $1 on the news at 8.30est.

Both the chart and the prices froze - it caught up over a $1.50 later.

When are you getting the new Nasdaq feeds please?

Please explain the alternative available today if i opt out of nasdaq total view.

Thanks

That can be the case what you describe, with the NASDAQ data feed.

For now you can use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and the US Equities exchange for the full consolidated tape:
Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed: Introduction

The new implementation of the full consolidated tape will not be ready until closer to the end of the year.
