Hello Support,

I am having a problem with custom study that was developed more than a year ago and it was working perfectly fine up until now in both: Live and Trade Evaluator SC instances.

Today it stopped working in SC Trading Evaluator instance for the chart set to ES symbol and begun throwing following error in the log:

Warning: The Custom DLL study "MeklonTraderBot.scsf_MeklonTraderBot" has just caused a CPU exception. | 2022-09-29 21:15:36.143 *

The problem is only happening when chart with this custom study is set to ES symbol and connected to Sierra Trading Evaluator Services (using Denali). If I change same exact chart to NQ symbol problem does not manifests itself and custom study works fine. I have copied same very chart book to my SC Live instance connected to a live trading account using Denali and it’s working perfectly fine for both ES, NQ and other symbols. Copied same chart book back to Sierra Trading Evaluator instance and it’s working for NQ but not working for ES with error message generated.

I have also tried deleting and re-downloading all historical and intra-day data for ES on this SC Trade Evaluator instance - no effect, problem persists.

Any advice on what the problem may be? I am on the latest SC version with Denali data using highest package without MBO.

We really can not say. You need to contact the developer of the study and have them look into what is occurring.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
