sudden error saying limit is 0 symbol

Hi I would love to have some support

Suddenly I have an issue when I log in, sierra charts give me this message:
- "Over symbol limit. Limit is 0 symbols. Click for symbol information."

I have not changed the settings, I checked the symbol settings and they seems normal.

I am using cqg but I have service pack 10. I am out of ideas of what could be the issue.

Update:

The issue disappeared and I am now receiving data.

If I am not being too demanding is it possible to know what the issue was?

Our engineer did not tell us the particular issue, but it was something on our end. It has been resolved.
