Live trading: it does not connect to my AMP Live Account

Hello, if I want to trade live it does not connect to my AMP Account.
Steps I did: Trade - uncheck ''trade simulation Mode on''
I see my AMP accountnumber, so it looks like it is live.
If I place an order it schwitch automaticly to Simulation mode?
What can I do about it?
