having trouble connecting my Sierra Chart to Ironbeam account

Keep getting a message " I am trying to connect Sierra Chart to SC/TT futures Order routing it keeps saying " you receive the connection error: Trade account not assigned, then this means that the trading account of yours has not been set up on this service." Ironbeam support is saying that all is setup on their side. |
