That is a normal message that indicates that the system is downloading data. We notice that the charts you have are Continuous Futures Charts, so depending on how many days of data you have set to download, it could take some time to get all the data. If you think there is an issue, then close the chartbook and start a new one with just one chart for this symbol and load just a few days for a non-continuous chart. See if you get the data properly. If so, then it is just about waiting long enough to get all the data for those charts.
