how to use chat window ?

hi folks I would to know if we can use the chat window ? and if yes how to use it exactly normally it must be really easy but it seems so complicate. I found how to add user on the group i created and i would want to know how can search for a users? When i click on search results ( list) i'm not able to type any text on the field :( regards Oliviermo75

hi Thank you for your reply. My username is searchable i followed your video however when i type my name on NewChat -> Search Text (portion of username) value = oliviermo75 i click on [Perform Search] nothing appear on Search results (list) Do i've to set something on my account in your website ? Sierrachart version 2442 -64 bit revision 43702
