Hi, as can be seen from my account, i subscribed to a very high data service but my data is delayed. when i check and compare with online data it varies mine seems to be delayed alot.

I am using a retain broker and would love to use sierra to confirm my entries and my trading setup but data on sierra and my broker which is XM.com is very different as my sierra data is delayed.

Please put me on a real-time data feed because i paid for it and i am ready to use it now but feel a little disappointed getting delayed data.
Note: I am not going to connect my broker to sierra as its not supported so i need real-time data to work on my brokers trading platform.

Thank you and fix this for me now please.

We see that you have the CME E-Mini for Professionals activated, so you should be getting real-time data for that symbols that are available through that option.

The following is the list of symbols available through that exchange option. If you are trying to get data for another symbol, then that would be why it is delayed and you would need a different exchange for that symbol:
