Hello,

It appears that the roll option does not work when also using 'Use as Trade Only Symbol'. If you click the roll button nothing will happen and the 'Symbol Required Rollover' icon will stay on the screen. Manually changing the contracts also appeared to have ne effect. Removing the second (MES) symbol and changing the first one (ES) to December worked.

eg: Symbol (Action) is F.US.EPZ22
Trade and Current Quote Symbol (Action) is F.US.MESZ22
Use as Trade Only Symbol is yes

Thanks

No, this is definitely not the case. We do not know why you have a problem.

Left clicking on the "Symbol Needs Rollover" message on the chart absolutely does display the Symbol Rollover window.

Maybe you have a system issue preventing that window from displaying.

Hello,

The 'Symbol Rollover window' does show but when clicking rollover nothing happened. The symbols stayed on the old ones (September expiry). This contract is expired and so no new data was showing.

To resolve the issue I had to remove the MES and manually change the primary symbol to ES.

Thanks

There must be some reason why this is happening in your particular case. Maybe the symbol is getting changed back to what it was originally by another linked chart or by a study.

It is not something we would be able to reproduce.

There is no problem with the rollover functionality. It does work correctly.

Hello,

I will investigate chart linking on the next rollover and let you know if I have an issue then.

Thanks
