Can't find setting to turn off/on trades displaying in charts? Sorry, been digging but no luck

Not sure if I understand your question correctly, when chart trade mode is on, there is no way to turn off "show orders and positions", if it really bothers you, you could go: Chart Settings -> Trading -> Trade Drawings Left Align %, and set it to a smaller number
