Why is my Denali data feed on 10 min. delay?

I want to watch Futures /ES and /NQ

I paid for CME and everything.

- My SC acct is adequately funded.
- non-professional certs are signed.
- exchanges are activated.
- have connected to Live Trading acct for April.
- Data/Trade Service Settings are correct.
I've researched documentation and done all self-help I can think of. What have I missed here? Need some help.

ALSO PLEASE HELP WITH - I had to update the agreement can you confirm that I filled it out right. I put Interactive Broker and my IB Account Number to confirm so can you make sure you see that too. ?

You do need to connect to your live trading account now and at least once a month. There is no indication this has been done recently. If you are using Interactive Brokers, follow the instructions here:
Interactive Brokers Trading Service

If the agreements are not completed properly you will get an email notice about this.
