When placing trade orders with attached profit and stop orders the pending orders are not placed due to the errors shown in the attached files. When I place a separate limit order and try to adjust it wont allow me to move the pending order with the message "The price does not conform to the minimum price variation for this contract. This is when trading the Micro S&P 500 MES IB has told me to ask Sierra regarding these issues How can I resolve this? |

It's ridiculous that IB is telling you to ask us about errors that are being generated by their system. In particular with regards to the following: Trading Message from IB: The price does not conform to the minimum price variation for this contract. Error code ... That is specifically from IB and is not something we can help with. They will need to tell you what it means. We may be able to help you with why whatever it is that is occurring, once we know what the issue is, but we do not know. The other messages regarding unsupported order attributes, we will have to look into, but we think those could be ignored. It is best to check with IB to see if those are causing any issues. What was the price of the order that caused that error? Check the Trade >> Trade Activity Log >> Trade Activity to find this detail for that particular order.
