Accidentally clicked reload and recalculate, now no data will load

About 90 minutes ago, I had a gap in loaded data; My chart was showing a few days of August, but none of July. June 26th was the last date of consecutive historical data (on any timeframe) that was showing. So I clicked "reload and recalculate" hoping that would help but all it did was get rid of all my data.

Now the only thing that will show is the 90 minutes worth of data ever since I last clicked reload and recalculate. I have tried everything to fix this.

Sierra Chart also will not update to the latest version btw. It will say "Error saving downloaded files to local system. Stopping installation. Check log. Press 'install' to retry."

Please help.

The reason for the data issue is due to the version you are on. You need to update.

The reason for the update issue is that you do not have permissions to save the data to the particular location where you have installed Sierra Chart. Refer to the following for help with this:
