I have connect to "transAct Ws" many times, I have try many time and many ways, but the data keep a delayed data.
Could you please check for me?

I have changed service package to P11, and use Denali exchange data feed from last month.
I was told, need connect to my Live account (TransAct) one time, every month, to get the real time data.
I have following the instructions, connect to my live account in early day this month, and do it again in yesterday, but can't get real time data.
I'm in P11, Denali exchange, chart only situation. now can't get real time data. How to solve out the problem?

If you are going to stay working with TransAct for your trading account, then you will need to be on version 2353 or lower of Sierra Chart. Follow these instructions to downgrade to version 2353:
