Chart Doesn't Playback, Only Refreshes Once

I'm trying to playback an intraday chart and after following the instructions provided on this site, I can't get it to playback. Chart: ES 50 Tick chart with the PNF study 1 Day loaded Standard Replay Speed 30x When I press the Play button the following happens: Dialogue Box that says "Clear replay data (Trade Activity data, Orders,Position) for ESM4-CME? I select Yes (or No, doesn't matter) and the chart goes black as it's loading. Then the chart simply refreshes back to it's original, completed state. No playback on a bar by bar basis occurs. Why would this be happening? I can load 3 days, 10 days, change the speed, doesn't matter. |

Make sure you scroll the chart back to where you want to begin the replay. If there still is a problem, re-download the data in the chart with Edit >>Delete All Data and Download. If you cannot scroll the chart back, then do the following: Increase the number of Days to Load in Chart >> Chart Settings. Increase the chart bar spacing by pressing the Up arrow key on your keyboard. Press the Home key to go to the beginning of the chart.
