Where are symbols: KRW (Korean Won), IBAA (Bovespa index) etc???

1/ Why do we always have to ask for each & every symbol on IB (Interative Brokers)? Can't you do it automatically thru the API ? There are tons more symbols listed with IB not found on Sierra Surely I can't be the only IB user wanting to trade these symbols.. You do not have to ask us to add symbols. How do you conclude that? The IB API provides no provision at all to look up symbols. You can use any symbol you like within Sierra Chart. 1/ No That's the point Sierra does not have these symbols on the available list (Find Symbol > ): KRW (Korean Won futures), IBAA (Bovespa index futures) etc Tons of others are missing too. Just compare at IB's available symbols universe & Sierras (Find Symbol >...) https://www.interactivebrokers.com/en/index.php?f=marginnew&p=fut] Seriously deficient Point is WHY does this happen? Does Sierra (you lot) have to do it manually for every missing or new symbol? Why isn't this stuff done automatically thru the API! 1. Symbols have to be added manually and is a time-consuming process because a lot of information has to be looked up and verified including checking with exchange websites. It is not a simple process. This is not automatic. 2. You can do this.
