Hi Sierra support or anyone else who knows how to convert an older CHT file to current sierra versions.

Would really appreciate your help. Getting the message "The Chartbook file is not compatible. Contact Sierra Chart support for help with converting it".

The file is attached.

Thanks,

Dberliner

its solution is download old version seirra then open in old seirra and then close chart and save for current date. Next then copy that 2 files from old downloaded data folder and paste into new version data folder.
