Application doesn't follow with user order

Hi,
Situation:
I have 3 chartbooks open with total 20 charts.
Application doesn't do what i want. In simple term. I choose Ratracement and on toolbar i see retracement and pointer active. Sometimes app doesn't drew tool, sometimes do.
Have you have this kind of problem?

No, we have not heard of this before. If there is a problem with selecting drawing tools from the ToolBar , then use the Tools menu.

Eventually the ToolBar is going to be redeveloped. The existing ToolBar is based on too much Microsoft code which we suspect is the problem.

Using tools from tools menu make it more unconfortable. I will let you know if that issue is only related to one PC or it happened on more desktops.

There is no need to let us know. It will not help us. We do not have much control over the ToolBar. It is a Microsoft ToolBar. Microsoft does not make good software and eventually it is going to be redeveloped.

There is nothing we can do to change it right now.
