There was a small settings problem for HG for TT FIX. This has been resolved. Update the Global Symbol Settings as explained here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateSettings After that re-download the data in the chart with Edit >>Delete All Data and Download Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
