R2000 Ind Mini-Jun14-ICE_IPE historical data

I normally don't trade R2000 Ind Mini-Jun14-ICE_IPE, but wanted to take a look at the chart. After opening the chart, some historical data downloaded, but there is a hole from 2014/04/21 about 10:46 CST to today's morning. That data just won't download. Am I doing something wrong or is that data not available? V 1132 / Package 3 / TT feed |

After market close, I shutdown the platform, deleted the data file, restarted SC and opened the chart again. Here is the log. No data being downloaded after 04/16 Currently no data in file to display. Will start historical data download and real-time updates. I did a full reset of symbol settings, deleted the data files again and now the backfill worked. I am not sure what changed... perhaps now SC was contacting a different HD server? I don't know... It is fixed. However, I am now not getting data for HG. Opening a new thread for that |

Yes, you did need to do an update of the Global Symbol Settings. We could clearly see that was the problem from the first log.
