I am using SC with OEC and I am having ES prices erratically jumping 3 points! up and down in split-seconds, with the charts not updating in time. Can somebody help please? This happens in SIM and Live mode.

P.S. This happens on YM prices also.

I was having the same problem on and off for the last day or so. It seems to happen when volume/ticks increase dramtically as the market moves. I was using SC version 1115, updated to 1132 moments ago and now have data that is at times a few minutes behind what is actually going on! It is lagging a lot.

So can SC please refund my subscription, as there is no way I can trade like this. Thank you.

P.S. This is my first day with SC and OEC since earlier this year, when we had the massive connectivity issues between the two. Looks like nothing has been fixed since then. So I am looking to move on again. I have no time for this...

FYI - this is definitely a OEC problem and not Sierra's. Even OEC charts are lagging their own DOM. Pretty serious shit and I'm looking to move to another FCM/broker.

I think we need to look for a different broker with better data - SC are to good to dump

Yes, time to move on. Can Sierra confirm that this is issue coming just from OEC and no other broker?

Lagging issues are definitely on the OEC side. Market data issues are always from the provider of the data feed.
