Can login to board, cannot login to Sierra Chart

I can login to the support board, but not into Sierra Chart. I get error code 12007. I have made Sierra Chart an allowed application with my firewall, and am unsure how to proceed. Thank you.

(The server name could not be resolved.)

Are you running any firewall software on your computer other than the Windows firewall?

Try restarting your computer.

Is Internet Explorer set to work off-line?

I have tried completing disabling the firewall, and I am still not able to login. Any thoughts or suggestions you have would be appreciated.

What firewall are you running?

Would you happen to be running Norton or McAfee.

The standard Windows firewall is not a problem and can be running.

I'm running Comodo Internet Security Pro. I can ping and visit the site without problems.

And do you continue to get the same error message?:
12007 = ERROR_INTERNET_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

If so, then that most likely is the program that is blocking the connection. Our suggestion is to restart the computer into Window Safe Mode with networking support. And see if you can log into Sierra Chart after that.
