Hi SC, I cannot run SC at present. The login screen opens and then does not respond. I tried upgrading to 1133 however it is still not responding.

We need to understand this better. Is the Login window completely frozen and cannot be interacted with, or after pressing the Login button, there is no log in occurring? Once the login button has been automatically pressed it begins verifying and does not respond. I have run SC with the same firewall settings for nearly 12 months and not had any issues. I am not getting any SC error messages

Are you able to press the Cancel button after the login button is automatically pressed? No I cannot. The pointer is in thinking mode once it begins verifying. I'll work through the instructions you have provided.
