Hello,

Getting reocurring error message after I enabled the SC Realtime feed today:

SC Exchange Data: Connected to server. | 2014-05-05 19:28:19

We apologize for this. We are aware of the problem and it will be resolved as soon as possible. Possibly not until the morning.

Could you for now disable Global Settings >>Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds.

After this reconnect to the data feed with the commands on the File menu.

This is now resolved.

Reenable: Global Settings >>Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds.

After this reconnect to the data feed with File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed.
