Hi, I bought the standard service pack to use the number bars study and when I want to activate it it tells me that my service pack does not support it, can it only be used with the advanced one?

That is correct. The "Standard" package does not include the Numbers Bars. You need to be on the Advanced Package. We see that you are on the Advanced Package at this time (Package 5), so you should be good at this time.
