I have a Russell (TFM4) short contract that I cannot cancel, flatten, or delete. It has been there for three days with multiple closing and opening of Sierra Charts. My broker confirms there is no position and this contract does not show up on my account statements. Additionally, today I had a 3 contract position and this orphan contract caused errors in my Trade and Positions chart. This contract does not show in my brokers data and they have helped me all they can. Any help would be appreciated. |
