chart scrolling bug / issue

Hi Most of the stocks charts, when i switch them to 4H or 1H, i only get to see a few candles on the chart, even if i open a historical chart at the first place. When i scroll to see previous price action, its blocked and the price line becomes shorter and the price line is the only thig that moves... How can i set the chart so that i can scroll through it, one month back, 6 months back, or 2 years back, without having the headache of this scrolling complication within the platform ? Thanks |

It sounds like you do not have your scaling set to "Automatic". When in Automatic mode, the scale will adjust as you scroll backwards to keep the bars within view. Refer to the information here: Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Automatic (Scale Range) If this is not the issue, then we would need to see an image of the chart where you say the only thing you can see is the price line.
