This is the first we are hearing about the NASDAQ TotalView data feed. We apologize for this issue, the connection was not present to the NASDAQ server. It is now resolved. This issue was due to maintenance done over the weekend.

There potentially can be some faulty market depth data for a period of time. We are patching the missing historical data.

The reason our monitoring did not get our attention was because the market was closed yesterday, so we were disregarding the alerts, yesterday and had muted the NASDAQ offline connection alert Monday and that carried through into today.

Regarding the zeros in the market by order data, we are going to have to examine this issue in depth. It is not something we can resolve today.

Once we understand the cause we should be able to develop a solution and have that out by tomorrow but we doubt there would be a problem tomorrow anyway.

TEN - GO TO GLOBAL SETTINGS - SYMBOL SETTINGS - make sure use custom symbol settings are checked

go to qqq in nasdaq drop down - look at minimum market by order quantity andd set your minimum visible market order there
