Hello, I am currently unable to connect to my data feed to trade the S&P E-mini. It was working fine Friday

I'm currently using Active Service: 5 - Advanced - Active until: 2022-07-19 23:59:59 UTC

I do have funds in my account

talking to a couple of trading buddies who encountered similar issues, I upgraded to service pack 11 and I'm able to connect now

Question, will it possible to gain access to the Service Package 11 upgrade without charge for 60 days? Asking because I saw that there was another client in an identical situation who was afforded this privi

We have set your account to be on Package 5 and to evaluate package 12 for 60 days. Just remember to change your package to Package 11 before the end of the 60 days.
