I upgraded from package 3 to 10 so that I could get access to my existing CQG service. I have a Green bar to say that the service is connected , but I can't open my chartbooks. I have sent a message log.

Hi there I followed the instructions in https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Chartbooks.html#BackupChartbook, no difference from using the shortcut menu. Still no chart. https://www.sierrachart.com/Download.php?Folder=SupportBoard&download=65836 |

You do not want to use a Backup chartbook. That will not solve your problem. Follow the instructions at the following link where you need to rollback to version 2263 (possibly 2204) and then open you chartbook and resave it, then update the software. Ok, sorry I misunderstood you. It was because I hadn't noticed the error message and thought I had saved them in the lates version anyway. I did as you instructed and I have it all back now. Appreciate the support |
