binance scid records not 1 tick

I have the "Intraday Data Storage Time Unit" set to 1 tick. When we read scid files (using the sc.ReadIntradayFileRecordAtIndex api's) and when viewing the data through Edit->Edit/Download Data we see that the data is not single ticks. They are all 1 second time units. Is that expected? |

As a rule we do not store crypto currency data tick by tick.
