I missed that I no longer can connect to CQG with package 5 and just paid for package 5

Is it possible for me to be refunded the 36USD I paid for package 5 for the next month? Also, can I be given access to package 11 or 12 for the next month?

What we have done is we have given you free access to Service Package 12 at no cost for the next two months.

So the 36 USD you paid will be fine, for the entire month while you have access to the Service Package12.

The month after, from July 16, you can continue at Service Package 5 because you will also have access to Service Package 12 at no additional cost .
