Historical data is not downloading. I posted this in a different user's request but I made a new post in case this is a different issue. I thought it may have been something I changed in Chart Settings>>Advanced Settings>>Historical Pullback Data. But, I changed this back to "None", created a new file, and the data still doesn't download. Please advise. Thank you. |

You are running an older version of Sierra Chart. You need to update. There are changes with the historical data server protocol which require the newer versions of Sierra Chart.
