Hi SC,
I have observed an anomaly in live data feeds for the past few weeks. Over weekends the live data doesn't get updated in some products of the portfolio resulting in missed entries in spreadsheet automated trading. In data settings reconnecting on failure is on Yes mode. Still, the problem persists. I have to disconnect the data feed manually and reconnect it to get the live data on the charts. This issue arises only in some products and different products every time. Please see into this problem. I have searched about it on the help board, but nothing seems to help.
Thanks

Tell us the exact Symbol of the chart you are referring to. That symbol may not be trading over the weekend.

It has happened in ES ( SNP e mini futures) and ZS ( soya bean futures). By live data over the weekend, I mean the charts do not update the 23:00 BST Sunday candle and candles that follow after 23:00 until I disconnect and reconnect the data feed. It's a rare event, but it has happened. I was wondering if it is due to a limit on the number of chartbooks that can be active or some technical glitch. For example, today, we had a short position carried over the weekend in ESU22, and by some spreadsheet logic, it should have taken another short trade at 2300 BST Sunday candle, but the charts didn't update, resulting in a signal miss.

Refer to this help topic:

If reconnecting actually helps, you should never under any circumstances need to do that. That is definitive. If there is a lost connection eventually it times out in about a minute, and there is an automatic reconnection. This will not fail.
