We are not sure what you mean by "current prices" in relation to the Trade Window. Are you referring to the Open Profits/Loss value? Or what exactly.

I will put in a market order at say 77 and the trade window will display a completely different fill price (Off by a $1.00 or more)
When I scale out the trade window changes my entry price
Also P&L on the trade window is not reflective of market price at the time of exit

So you are referring to the Position Average price. Is the Position Average price you see on the Trade Window the same as the Trade Service Average Price in Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Positions for the symbol? If so, then that price is coming from Interactive Brokers.

Refer to this section here about the Average Position price:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_TradeStatusWindows.html#HowAvgPricePositionsCalcUsed

The following change was recently made:

The Open Profit/Loss calculation for the Trade Position displayed on the Trade Window now uses the Bid and Ask prices instead of the last trade price. The Bid price is used for Long positions and the Ask price is used for Short positions.

still having issues with scaling out and daily P&L
Once I take a partial position off the trade window resets my entry price
It also does not Tally the P&L The "Trade Service Average Price" is different than what is displayed on the trade window

Yes this makes sense because only the average price of the fills that make up the current position are used. So the Average Position Price will change as you scale out.

This is explained here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_TradeStatusWindows.html#HowAvgPricePositionsCalcUsed

It also does not Tally the P&L
What do you mean by this?

Refer to this help topic:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/helpdetails77.html

If there still is a problem, then we recommend clearing out the Trade Activity Data for the symbol when the position is flat for the symbol:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_TradeActivityLog.php#ClearingtheLog

Any inaccurate Daily Profit/Loss value would be due to some problem with the order fills.
