I'm taking a break from trading futures and need to suspend my Sierra Chart subscription (while not deactivating my account). My current subscription is Package 11 (paid quarterly) and the Denali data feed (paid monthly), and I use Interactive Brokers. Thus far, I have changed my renewal to None and can confirm this in the Account Details section (https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php). Is there any other way to ensure I won't be charged for anything on Sierra Chart's side? (I didn't see this topic listed on the FAQ https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Contents.php) |

What we need to do for you is refund the unused usage time time back to your Services Balance. We will take care of this on Monday.
