Rithmic Data Feed From Trading Account Will Not Connect

I am a new user and have been trying to connect the Rithmic Trading Feed from my broker (Edge Clear/Ironbeam) to SC in order to satisfy the regulatory requirements. Even though I can connect the Rithmic feed to other platforms and to R Trader Pro, every time I attempt to connect the feed to my SC account the connection panel box stays yellow and blinks "Waiting to Reconnect".

I need your help in getting this resolved because I am paying for (and very much need) live data on the SC Platform.
