Am I alone, or are other OEC data users experiencing odd behaviour with their Sierra Charts today? I am watching the YMM4 and the cursor on my Sierra Charts are moving around erratically, and wildly jumping by anything upto 10 plus YM points (from 16450 to 16477 being perhaps the most extreme erratic jump though to be fair the jumps have been less around 5 to 7 YM points in the main when the market goes 'fast').

I am writing this at around 10:57 EST on 2nd May

Yup. Having the same problem. Been happening for a while. Not all the time, but it's happening today.

Thanks Daryl. Glad the problem is not confined just to me. I have written to OEC Support and just now to Sierra Support. The question is where exactly does the problem rest with -- with OEC and their data or with the way in which Sierra use that data. The point is, I have no idea where the market is and hence 'trading' as such is impossible

We can see that this was an OEC data problem. Data was being dropped from the server and also we assume it was lagging as well.

For a good data feed consider using the Sierra Chart Real-time and Historical Data Feed:

We have been hearing about OEC data lagging issues for a while now. Today's issue was that data was being dropped as well, but we think it is related to the same underlying problem. We have reported the lagging data issue to OEC.
