When I open SC I have a message: "Your evaluation period of package 12 will end in 25 days". Does it mean that I can switch from package 10 to 12 for free at the moment? And use it for remaining 25 days?

No. It means you are already using package 12 currently and it will end in 25 days. This is the result of an evaluation of the highest package.

I have asked yesterday which package I am on? The the answer was that I am on package 10.

Yes that is the package that your account is set to but temporarily it is on Service Package 12.
