hello I do have a problem with my platform sierra because i am doing the contest with leeloo and they use rithmic and form today i can't connect to my account. can you help me please

In order to make any external connection with Sierra Chart you need to be on Package 10 or higher. In your case you probably want Package 11, as it is the equivalent of Package 5.

We have gone ahead and set you account to evaluate package 12 for 60 days. So there is nothing you need to change right now, and you will be able to connect to your Rithmic account. Just be sure you remember to change your Usage Time before the 60 days ends.
