Broker Changed to CQG now only some charts work

Hi, everything was working great until last week when my broker (Champion Futures) changed to cqg. Now I only get some markets. I have updated my version to 1131, changed to cqg continuum, and from the global settings page updated my symbols from my server.

There is a mixed bag of markets that I can not get data for. They are:

Copper
Gold
Silver

US Dollar Index
Russell 2000

Japanese Yen
Euro

Crude
Cocoa
Sugar
Feeder Cattle
Live Cattle

Soybeans
Soybean Meal


The ones that I look at that are working fine are:

Canadian Dollar
Aussie Dollar
British Pound
Swiss Franc
E mini dow

Corn
Nasdaq
S&p 500
Soybean Oil
Wheat

Look through this Message Log you posted. When you see a message like the following it means your account is not authorized for the particular exchange the symbol trades on:
