IS there a way to anchor the VWAP from a certain high or low? for example on bookmap I can reset the vwap to a specific area. Trying to do this over multiple time frames with several vwaps.

In the Volume Weighted Average Price you can specify a Date and Time from which the VWAP will start. Refer to the following: Volume Weighted Average Price (VWAP) with Standard Deviation Lines For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Well I am not a study genius but thats not what I am trying to accomplish. If you have ever used bookmap you can reset the vwap to start from a high or low on the chart. I would want to use multiple vwaps from highs and lows on a daily. Is this possible on SC? Where I can just right click and set it to a certain spot?

You can have multiple VWAP studies on a chart. And you can specify the start date and time and what Price Level (Open/High/Low/Close) to use. So it sounds like it can accomplish the same thing, except that there is not the option to click and place the anchor point.

You can also draw from any time of the chart using the Draw Volume Profile drawing tool Volume By Price Study: Description using only SG5 VWAP. |
