Hello Sierra Chart Support Team, on costomizing the Chart Shortcut Menu (Global Settings > Customize Shortcut Menu) I am not able to remove the Menu Items Study Settings and Delete and Download Data. Furthermore the position of the Menue Item Study Settings in the Chart Shortcut Menu is not consistent with its position in customization. Please refer to a short screenmovie (51 sec) under https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/5931986/Customizing%20Chart%20Shortcut%20Menu.wmv Is there a way to remove the stubborn Items or giving them the right position? You cannot remove those commands. Also the Study Settings item will be at the bottom of the displayed menu. All of this is by design.
