I am having an issue with the closing time of 5 min candlestick on ES chart, it is not closing at the correct time, so the shape and prices are different from other charting programs, this makes some triggers above or below a specific 5 min candlestick not to be correct.
Is there any setting I need to change on the software, I use Trading Technologies feed, and NY time zone, I never had an issue before.

Please let me know what I need to change.

I don't Time stamp to my PC time

Re-download the data in the chart by selecting Edit >>Delete All Data and Download. After this let us know if you still see the problem.

Not really. The bars should be good because they are based upon exchange timestamps.

Sierra's bar time stamp is the open time. Ninja times stamps the close time for the same bar. So the same bar will not have the same time stamp between charting platforms.

The problem I see it is that the time on the platform is delayed, making the closing prices of 5 min bars later that what it actually is.

How can I change this time to be correct?
Do I have to make it to be my pc time?

change it to your PC time through data/trade service settings in global settings

if you dont have exact clock sync you can change the server in time and date settings under internet time tab (this is what I use), though I dont know if this is the problem.. you said the clock is wrong from TT

I still need help, I am still getting wrong closing and opening prices on 5 min bars ES, this makes the chart look different from other softwares and not giving me correct triggers and stops, what can I do?
If I sync to pc time it has to be perfect, and its not possible to do, I never had this issue before,

Maybe there is a setting I have wrong somewhere

Today I had a 50 sec lag on my TT data from Velocity. Dale Box sent a trouble ticket to TT, and gave me a temporary IP that has no lag. Assuming your computer is synced to an atomic clock, and you uncheck 'Timestamp Using Local Computer Clock', you can confirm lag with this spreadsheet study:

Make sure you uncheck Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Timestamp Using Local Computer Clock.

I see the lag, but this issue need to be resolved, sycing my pc to the exact atomic clock is not easy, but I guess is what we need to do until the TT feed is reliable

I use this synchronizer. It's free and easy to use.
