Hi, Since the latest update (1130) i've had an issue with the countdown timer study. Before this update I was able to click and drag the timer anywhere on the chart. So that it wasn't covering bars etc. Now when I click and drag it it defaults back to the same position but I also have another copy of the timer on the chart. This copy doesn't tick down but remains frozen at the time I clicked and dragged it. Any ideas how to stop this? Screen shot below. |

Excellent thanks! I also forgot to add in my initial post that the timer is in some cases copied onto another chart when using the Copy Chart Drawings from Chart #'s option in Advanced Settings 2. This also wasn't the case before. Many thanks, KF |

Can you please specify specifically what issue you have and the steps to reproduce. There is more than one issue reported here and we want to confirm exactly what you have and the steps to reproduce. Please, have a look at the attached file. There are two charts showing the YM futures contract. The middle upper chart is a 2 minute chart, the numbarsbar is a 5 minute chart. In both charts a countdown timer is implemented. One countdown timer per each chart. Unfortunatelly, the 2minute count down timer is copied onto the 5minute chart and vice versa. Settings> 1132 version / Sierra Chart Data Feed / Interactive Brokers / Chart Replay mode |

On the rightmost chart, the larger one, select Tools >> Erase All Text. Does that remove all of the countdown timers? It will remove the one added by the Countdown Timer study on the chart, but you can get it back with Chart >> Recalculate. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. No, it doesnt remove all of the countdown timers. The countdownt timer related to this 5 minute chart disappears for a moment. Then it goes back to the very corner of the chart (see arrow at the attached image) |

We need to think about this. But the solution for now is to remove the Countdown Timer studies from the charts and re-add them.
