[User Discussion] - Request for T&S Orderflow Histogram

In the YouTube link below, chart left shows a way of converting the T&S data from numbers into a horizontal histogram. It is only the histogram I am interested in. This is a much easier/faster way to see the orderflow inside the current candle. Can we have this added please as it is a plug in for Ninja Trader but I don't want to use NT.

I'm not a programmer but it seems an easy idea to implement when we already have the T&S displayed as numbers.

Thanks

yes I have and I've used that type of display. Reading numbers is too slow compared to the trades firing off in a histogram. You instantly see the extreme bar length when a big order comes in and peripheral vision picks it up while reading the price action.

For speed I wouldn't compare the two.

If we could have this added it would be greatly appreciated and I think you will find it becomes a more popular option for fast time frame traders.

+1. Does SC have equivalents for the other two tools shown?

Futures Operator, agreed the other two would be very useful indeed but look like they would require a bit of reverse engineering. It would be fantastic to have them too but (not being a programmer) it looks like we already have the data inputs for the T&S Orderflow Histo so it wouldn't require that much effort (engineering??)to reproduce this.

It gives a very fast forward read into what pressure is developing in the candle.

Engineering, if you watch further into the video when PA speeds up you can see how different this is from a numbers bar study.

This would be a great tool.

This looks like a very interesting study. The visual representation of the big vs small candles is much more intuitive compared to reading the numbers.

I hope the SC engineering team will consider this feature to be added.

Please be aware of our support policy. There is a link to it in the signature area.

We do not see this being added.
