Hi, I´m watching right now the fifth dropout on the Eurex data feed from SC. CME data feed is working well. Could you please take a look into this? Thanks! |

We are working on resolving this now. You would be noticing 1 second interruptions but no data will be missed because after an interruption, any missing data is automatically downloaded.

This is now solved. We can also see that the interruption may have been more than a second. Maybe about 20 seconds. However, once the data feed is restored the missing data is downloaded. I did experiance this, too... it is not about missing data, but missing the price action at the moment the interruption is happening.
