Global Settings Not Opening, second occurence with solution for other users.

I trade on a laptop with First and Sub Instances of SC on two external monitors, First Instance on one monitor, Sub Instance on second monitor.

The problem is this: Global Settings in First Instance do not open on the external monitor. This happened several months ago on the Sub Instance.

Solution: Drag SC "problem Instance" onto laptop or desktop screen, Reset Windows up in the Control Bar, then open Global Settings.

They may not open in normal size.

Instead, they may show up as a minimized very small white block in top left corner of laptop screen. Grab lower right corner to enlarge.

This may be the case with several sub settings under Genera Settings. Repeat the process for each that does not open normally.

We are fairly sure you should not encounter this kind of issue on the latest version. If a Settings Window is not visible simply go to Window >> Reset Windows and that should be all you need to do.

If it is the Chart Settings window which is not visible, we have to look into that.
