Detach/Attach Spreadsheet inconsistent as of 2394

Something very odd has begun happening after I updated to 2394. This *does not happen in 2393*, but *does* still happen in prerelease 2395. I have a hotkey mapped to attach/detach window (which also assigns it to attach/detach spreadsheet). This hotkey works perfectly fine with charts. But on a spreadsheet, it will always detach fine, but then will not re-attach unless I first click a different cell in the spreadsheet. In fact, once a spreadsheet is detached, I can't use the keyboard in it to do anything other than the Alt key to select menus in the window, and the Windows key for standard system behaviors. I can't use the arrow keys to navigate to adjacent cells, cannot hit enter to begin typing in a cell, etc. But the moment I click in a different cell, all normal keyboard functionality resumes, including using my hotkey to re-attach the spreadsheet.
