I may be missing something obvious, but I appear to be still receiving delayed data. Limit orders are not appearing on the DOM, and market orders are filling away from the best bid/offer. Orders are being routed through teton and my broker is Edgeclear/Phillip Capital.

Yes this is true. You are getting delayed data. You need to activate the exchanges that you need here:
